We'll see, The Germans have not impressed me at all. 4-0 against a 10-man Portugal squad, 2-2 vs Ghana, 1-0 vs the US and 2-1 win over Algeria in extra time. You're proud of those results, you think that will win you the World Cup?

The truth is the German defense is a joke with four center-backs and a sweeper goalkeeper. Germany's only hope against France is that Lahm plays as full-back and hope that Griezmann doesn't start the match.

The French defense is top notch on the other hand. Varane is pretty much already the best center-back in the world, he's so good he doesn't even have to foul. He has 0 fouls since the beginning of the World Cup, they call him Mr. Clean in Madrid. And Sahko is a beast.

If Deschamps puts out the follwing starting lineup France will win: Lloris-Debuchy-Varane-Sahko-Evra-Cabaye-Matuidi-Pogba-Griezmann-Benzema-Valbuena.

If he starts Giroud then Germany will have a much better chance I think. I'm not saying France are gonna stomp Germany but they can definitely beat them. Also I heard 7 of the German players were sick with the flu, that sucks, but you gotta take that into consideration as well.

Being Colombian, there is no doubt I am biased, but I have been seduced into thinking a World Cup win is possible for this team. I've watched ~85% of the games, and have even gone back and rewatched some games from World Cups of yore, and very, very few of the teams have brought the same dynamic, elegant football to the table. It's amazing to watch not simply because I enjoy watching my national team actually accomplishing something on a grand stage, but because the football on display is inherently uplifting. This has been an awesome, awesome World Cup, and I'm proud of Colombia's contribution to that.

Destroying, humiliating and burying Spain is pretty unsportsmanlike. Especially when you have Costa Rica play on the pitch where Casillias met THE GREATEST GOAL OF THIS TOURNAMENT.

This is why I pray to the gods that Deschamps doesn't start Giroud. He's already elbowed players twice and didn't get caught, I can definitely see the third time being the charm and him costing France the match. Germany are pretty good vs 10 men, Portugal knows.

Belgians were not that impressive in that game IMO if the USA had someone that could finish they would be in all sorts of trouble .

Brazil VS Colombia => Brazil's got this, easily. They have home advantage and solid team.

France VS Germany => It's going to be an even match, but as the saying goes "scocer is a 11 VS 11 sport where Germany wins"

Netherlands VS Costa Rica => Costa Rica has had an incredible WC, but the Netherlands are one of the best teams in this competition, me thinks. They are probably going to end up in the finals

Argentina VS Belgium => Argentina may have Motherfucking Messi, but then again, is pretty much all they have. They do struggle whenever faced with a half-competent defense, which Belgium has, and Argentina has very little any cohesion, and you will need that in order to beat Belgium. It's going to be very even, but I bet on tactics (Belgium) over talent (Argentina)
