Spoony got balls at least... dissing a well-received MMO while other reviewers shoot fish in a barrel (eg ESO).
You know he's entitled to his opinions on the game, but it really sounded like he was nitpicking the crap out of it. The whole undergarment argument was odd and him going on and on about them not explaining what the hell the crystal is (which they do in the game very early on) seemed kinda forced.
Course the whole start of the game is unfortunately very slow and kinda boring as they ease you into the mechanics. I liked 1.0's way of starting off a lot more.

It lost the entertainment factor when he decided to scream about the undergarments and Lalafell thing for any longer than 30 seconds. Christ, it was like, a third of a whole video.

His Ultima: Runes of Virtue reviews were great. I actually like it much more, if he takes on small or unknown games. The Black Kinght is the obvious King of Trolls. Not only because he has an army of trolls, he only attacks because he of boredom and think of himself as hot shit. Hope he becomes an reappearing character, who always "wins" against him and act as a in joke on "Spoony hates everything".
His game and retro reviews are generally great, but those 2 hour unscripted movie reviews are... wtf why.

Whats the problem? Just dont watch them. They arent reviews. There is a review in there but its more like the ranting and nitpick people do right after they see a movie with their friends.

Just don't watch them. They aren't his real product anyway. They are more like Vlog's than actual reviews. They fill in the space between the other more structured features that take more time to produce. I wish there was less space in between each actual review, but sometimes listening to him complain for hours works just fine for me.
It was a fun review. The ping pong of death! Also, The perspective in that game is fucking weird.

.Yeah, that's what I (don't) do. I just wait for the game reviews and watch them. I thought the new Ultima ones were really good.

Sorry, really late reply here, but yeah, he was never going to do a video on GOTG. He went on a long rant on Twitter a couple months ago about how he absolutely refused to see it. Most of his vitriol seemed focused on the fact that trailers for the movie used Hooked on a Feeling (or as he called it, "the Ooga-Chaka song").
