Product Description : Baked Oat Bites are cinnamon baked squares with a light, sweet drizzle. With 11g of protein with milk, it is a filling and delicious breakfast. Each bite is a hearty crunch to help you power your day. Bakes Oat Bites are not made with artificial colors, flavors or high fructose corn syrup.

TLDR: it taste like an oatmeal cookies. And the things it does to the milk...you wont be disappointed.

13g of sugar per serving?, I don't do "cups", so what's the serving size in g?

Also, 11g of protien (with milk) wonder how much of that is just the milk..........

1 US cup is about 2.4 dl. The US doesn't seem to require listing nutritional value in standard units, so you get all this crazy serving size bullshit where manufacturers pick whatever amount that doesn't seem horribly unhealthy as "1 serving".

So mixing volumetric measures and mass measurements?, nice!, how would someone be able to do a "packet check" on the nutritional info with that?

If a cereal competes with a snickers bar for amount of sugar it's automatically excluded from any contest. Only ones worth discussing are those you could realistically eat for a decent breakfast.
