Toonami |SepOct17| 1 + 1 = YEAH!

Zonic

Gives all the fucks
Kai is suppose to finish in May & they said "late 2017 or early 2018" for FLCL2, until just "2018" at Anime Expo.

Also, 2018 will mark the 15th anniversary of when FLCL originally premiered on Toonami.

Bebop must've been the death of at least a dozen anime fans, given how fucking cool it made smoking look.

Black Lagoon too.

I wonder what it is about blunts that make them less cool than cigarettes.

...well, probably the type of people who use them, but you know.

That, and lots and lots of advertising back in the old days making it look cool. Plus older film noir and westerns had a lot of smoking, and they just bleed coolness. It's part of the atmosphere thing caliph was talking about.

Smoking: cool on the outside, ohnomylungs on the inside.
Revy is borderline dead on the inside any way. Speaking of smoking characters does anybody know if Toonami edited out Saito's smoking when they aired Kenshin? Also Makintaro vs Hiei is probably one of the funniest curb stomp battles.

That would make the most sense. Either that or replacing IBO Season 2.

I already pay for HBO Now, Playstation Plus and Amazon Prime, I'm done. I always wondered why people that didn't live with their parents didn't have cable. Now that I don't live with them anymore I can see why.

i can understand that, but even if i just watched toonami it would be worth it to me to pay 30 or 40 a month, obviously i would still have internet too

I would, but I have a fuck ton, like a fuck ton in monthly payments with PayPal credit. Photography stuff is not cheap.

I'm lucky enough to live in an apartment complex that includes internet and cable in the rent. Perks of working in a College-town.

If I were to move, I'd probably cut the cable too. I'd maybe be tempted to get the Hulu tv plan since I believe of the tv services, they offer the best value since you also get the normal Hulu subscription along with it.

Yeah with all the streaming options when I'm not with my parents I don't miss cable

Even with them I just use the internet most of the time

Hell if they offered toonami as a $5 a month weekly stream i'd probably just do that

Me too. The only thing I use SlingTV for is Toonami and CN stuff. Give me that for $5/month and I'd be saving 3/4x as much.

Even if CN stuff wasn't offered (it was just Toonami), I'd do it, and just buy seasons of CN shows off Amazon or w/e. I'd still be in the green comparatively.

Netflix:
Cable is dead

Bury it

Actually, when Netflix launched, it basically was just cable- you could watch all your favorite shows from all networks, just for less money.

Now, Netflix is loosing all of it's deals with other companies (Disney being the biggest one), and primarily adds new things by creating new shows it owns. So, Netlix is now just a channel. Also, every company- CBS, Disney, ect- is making a channel and wants you to pay $10/month to access their channel.
