The Hawks team has a lot of skill, and some of the suggestions like sending away Sharp are downright ridiculous! Some changes could be made offensively yes, but players like Sharp need to stay. However, there are clear improvements that can be made in defence and coaching. Montador with a concussion didn't help the team, but he is good and hopefully he can stick around. Obviously, others will disagree and call names, but we think differently.
The Hawks going out is even tougher to grasp when you realize that the team couldn't rally behind Hossa and win the series for him... his career could very well be in jeopardy after that filthy P.O.S Torres hit him. Q seemed awfully shaken with his answer... Hossa is one of, if not, my favourite player so that is especially hard for me.
I'm glad the Hawks have players like Toews, Kane, Hossa and Sharp. There is an extreme amount of talent throughout the team, but there just needs to be better coaching to bring all of that talent out.
Shame that an extremely strong and promising open to the season culminated in another early exit when people were pegging this team to make it to the cup final. Absolute shame. Especially losing 4 - 0 at home... ugh, makes me sick.
Hopefully Ottawa can win the series... and win the cup now.

Because Blues, Preds and Yotes won't be as fun to watch for fans of other teams, I could have standed it if Hawks was still in it, but now the matchups will seem boring. But I guess I'm jumping the gun a bit, we will see.(I'm actually just sad about the Hawks and maybe sharks so far, Feels great that Nucks and Wings are out but it's easier to be salty If i can complain about a common target)
I feel a little better about the Kings then the others though. The fact that they don't score a lot is rather because of their sheer incompetence about doing so then some trap, right?

people like success and achievements. Look at gamerscore, some people have a shit ton of points and love to play games they otherwise wouldn't just so that number will go up. Some people just really can get behind that sort of thing. I never cared for the Reddit Karma system, seems like it just ruins a lot of the posts there, but as you can see some people like it and I've even heard someone in a class of mine lament not getting their post up on reddit quick enough to get the karma for some event.

meh, NYR have no offense. They would have to be able to beat Henrik though and Thomas hasn't really struck fear in me consistently these playoffs.

Flyers need to play well next round because I won't be able to be around much for it. Got three finals and two papers over the next three weeks and a funeral. This should be interesting. I fully expect them to lose just as I finish just to make this shitty month that much worse. Fuck.

Clemmensen played great when he started in NJ for game 4. Theo hasn't really looked good in that arena yet anyways (or the D doesn't look good when he's on the ice at the least). No worries if he's healthy for round 2.
