Character models are a thousand times better than GTA4, judging by screenshots. Just a huge leap up. Looks great.

I hope the combat, gunplay in particular, is similarly improved. For games that do so many things so well, I've always wondered why the gunplay in GTA games always feels so weak and unsatisfying.

I'm no country music fan, but to be honest i loved to hear it every now and then in San Andreas. One of my favs: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lTHCwU9rUdY

Best tracklist yet for a GTA game?

Vice City will be hard to beat, but it's an unfair comparison. It was basically "get a bunch of iconic hits from the 80's". Don't get me wrong, I give R* kudos for compiling such a good collection of music for Vice City, but it wasn't exactly rocket science. The 80's is a very distinct era when it comes to popular music and enough time has passed so that a lot of those hits are ingrained into America's pop culture.

When making a game set in the present day it gets tougher to create a consistent collection of music I think.

All that being said, this does look like an excellent track list. I'm hyped for that dance station with Modjo on it.
