Really? Missed that. I think devs should be straightforward with these things from the start to avoid confusion like PD and their clusterfuck of info before (and after) the games release

As others have mentioned, download it and watch in your video player. There is still aliasing there but it is much less distracting. Watching it in the flash player seems to accentuate the problem. I notice aliasing even in text at the beginning, which shouldn't be there.

This is a section with dense vegetation in NFS Rivals on PS4:

Crazy how much more dense this Driveclub environment is.

This post exemplifies what I am talking about with respect to scale. The trees and mountains seem much mire realistically scaled. Whereas that top image seems to be trying it's best to give you more sky to see and to not crowd the track.

If only it was that easy... I'm sure they're trying every solution known to man. There will be good reasons why some of these techniques aren't viable. I imagine it relates to their lighting system.

I wish they would allow to combine tracks from different countries and offer smooth transition b/w them a la Outrun.this game reminds me so much of Outrun in terms of how it looks. That was one of the best arcade racer in its day and loved those graphics, sense of speed and transitions in it b/w tracks.

I like how now every Sony 1st party studio is a graphic/tech powerhouse i mean holy shit the environment the lighting the cars the reflections are superb, man the thought that we will see even better looking games on PS4 when the real tech wizards (PD, ND, SSM) release their games is just insane.

Oh man, this game...
Looks absolutely gorgeous(and photo realistic at times).

One thing I noticed is that there is debris flying every now and then during the race, probably from the gravel. Nice subtle touch.

That's still a pretty solid number. I still really want to see the snowy mountains track most of all. I mean, that track just looks bonkers.
