Why the hell do they keep interviewing KO'd fighters

Nothing good ever comes out of it.

Glad Rogan voiced his disapproval of that tradition. Dude just got concussed, how can you possibly think they're good candidates for an interview.

Like when Ronda rekt Zingano, all she could answer to the questions was "FUCK!".

bish gets all the credit :)
Uncle Dana wants all of the carny ass fights after seeing the cash Connor/Mayweather is going to bring in.

Well I picked some stuff wrong but I'm happy with how I looked at Jon vs DC

Daniel Cormier vs Jon Jones for the LHW Title

Arguably one of, if not THE most important LHW fights in UFC History. A battle of the GOAT of the division vs the man who easily could take that very place if he manages to beat him. The first fight, while a clear victory for Jones, was actually one of the more competitive fights Jon has ever had. DC showed some areas where he did excel in such as close range dirty boxing in the early rounds. But at the end of the day Jon's supremacy as an athlete and skillset gave him a solid win. There are arguments that can be made in DC's favor. He's been far more active with Jon having fought only 1 time in the last 1 and half years. He also one would think gained confidence in his time as champion in Jon's absence. Still Jon is the younger, and if he is on his peak form one would think more skilled fighter. I suspect early on DC may be able to push a hard pace and make things exciting / interesting, but at the end of the night I suspect Jon has an even more dominant performance than the first. Possibly even a finish. Would love to be wrong on this one.

Pick: Jon Jones

Went pretty much exactly how I thought it would

I honestly don't know how people are saying "GOAT" after that performance though. Didn't look bad but it was such a physical mismatch and he was getting consistently tagged without finding any sense of timing. It's a far cry from the dominance we've seen from Anderson, GSP, or even DJ.

Dude...STFU lol

What are you even talking about ? He just finished the guy you clown. This guy has 2 losses ...both to this guy

Go away

I'm still trying to figure out why everyone hates DC so much.

For all his moral posturing during the Bones rivalry, the dude talked a gang of shit. Sometimes it's funny to see a guy who talks shit get his comeuppance. If Bones had been on the receiving end of that kick people would never let him hear the end of it.

The amount of blow jones is doing tonight has to be insane.

He's been open about it. During some media day interviews, he let it be known that he was going to party his brains out in Mexico after the win.

Dude has earned it. He's the champ, as long as he isn't drunk driving he can snort all the coke he wants.

I feel bad for DC, but the man is indestructible. He will bounce back from this. He did very well for himself in life, so good for him.

For his sake, I hope Jones doesn't ruin this second chance.

It shouldn't have happened. Joe actually asked management to stop having him interview fighters that'd just been KO'ed after Overeem got knocked out and claimed something happened in the fight that didn't. I wonder if the new management has something to do with this?
Ya, I wonder if he did it knowing he shouldn't or cuz he was told to. Like, hey this is terrible but i'm doing it anyway, sorry!

He prefaced it by saying "i normally don't like doing interviews with guys who have just been knocked out..."

Joe can say all he wants about his preferences, but this is a huge fight, he will interview whoever his bosses tell him to interview.
