They don't know exact frame data, but they know when they can push buttons and when they can't.
Its basically the old-school way to find out if things are a frame trap. Mash your fastest startup attack, if you get beat out by a normal then it was obviously a frame trap and you can't push buttons.
Knowing frame data just helps create tighter frame traps, better combos and etc.

I think this is an unofficial sequel to SvC, basically SvS. Also equivalent to CFJ (which is similar to CvS, and is CvC).

ChrisG, DrewGrimey and Flocker all aren't what I would call great Vergil players, this would be a pointless match as it's more like the best players with Vergil than the best Vergil players. Yipes and PR Rog pretty much are the only non-fraduent Vergil players out there.

Dante/Vergil so fun though. I just started fucking around with it in the last month and WOW it's like I can do a different combo each time and it still kill as long as I dhc into swords.

One of the fun things about watching ChrisG is it's like there's no ceiling on Morrigan combos.
