Anyone who hasn't watched it yet should definitely use this as an opportunity to jump on it. Usagi Drop is a tremendous title, and the first episode is one of the best premier episodes out there.

Nah, won't redeem it but it'll give some context to something! Also probably something like De:vadasy or the 00 movie.
It comes up here and there. I can't think of one anime off the top of my head but its a common disclaimer in dorama, for example.

OF the mecha Ive seen, Eureka Seven was the one I would consider the worst. Just really unrefined in a lot of parts and full of filler and romance that didnt belong.
I heard something about there being some legal changes in Japan in recent years which resulted in lots of entertainment products adding such a disclaimer.
Because moe addicts.

Girl Power match at least had new cards (Girl who crossed the gap, dancing princess of the nightsky) but like every single other match before it, and the third time facing the same fighter, the same boring strategy was employed, as she said, "Goddess of the Crescent Moon, Tsukuyomi, Superior Ride"...Kai's fight was the best, just his english VA is so into the role for Dragonic Kaiser Vermillion.

I'm really enjoying this show. Nothing about it screams "Mecha of all time" but then, sometimes screaming that hurts you (RAH XEPHON PLEASE BE A BETTER ANIME. OR BE YOURSELF. JUST STOP TRYING TO BE EVA.) But it's been good, light-hearted fun that you don't need to question. There's no reason to ask WHY half of the girls' clothing disappears, or why their mecha postures them in vaguely suggestive poses, you just let it go. Madoka is a pretty fun protagonist, being pretty upbeat and chipper. My favorite part of this episode was definitely when her enemy thought her stupidity was actually some crazy Earth-techniques.
I haven't ever heard of De:vadasy. Was 00 as a series okay? Like, at least to Wing levels? Or whatever? I've always heard mixed reactions to it.

1. I still think Big Mama Asuno was behind it. There's no reason she didn't incite Ezelcant's mustache twirling scheme.
2. I tried to watch an episode of Linebarrels of Iron. It didn't appeal.
I was going to check out Fafner, except it has character designs by the same guy who did SEED, and SEED's character designs were kinda its weakest point, what with the jelly faces.
I've never heard of this one.

Middle east conflicts and statecraft with a splash of gundam, a splash of eva, and a sprinkling of kabuki.
It's not great, but it's not bad either.
It does have one of the least imaginitive mech designs ever.
First season is pretty good. Second starts off ok then goes into full on stupid culminating with the terrible movie.
De:Vadasy is a three-episode OVA that manages to be vastly worse than even most underwhelming full-length mecha series. Essentially, it's like the worst and most shameless Evangelion ripoff ever mixed with School Days and rendered totally incomprehensible by the human mind.
Trust me, once you've experienced some Fafner, the Hiraiface will be the least of your concerns.
But Wing was good...

They turn up on faces occasionally but I don't remember a neck one before.

Wing was a show with good ideas and great suit designs, especially Katoki's stuff in EW. Unfortunately, it was saddled with some of the worst cast in gundam history. A bunch of personality-free super soldiers who have no real defining features. It also repeated the same plot ideas over and over. There's only so many times you can have characters threaten to blow themselves up before it loses its impact and just becomes hilarious.

Wing honnestly felt like it didn't knew where to go during a lot of episodes( mainly everything from ep 8 to 30 if my memory is right ) (its been a while so sorry if the numbers are off )
But I loved the cast....
