Already a July thread? June was a bit uneventful as a download thread XD
Edit:
Dillon's Rolling Western: The Last Ranger (Nintendo | €9.99 | £8.99 €6.99 | £6.29) Until (07/04) Latest release!
Urban Trial Freestyle (Tate Multimedia | €6.99 | £6.29 €5.99 | £4.99) (Until (07/04) Latest release!
These worth buying whilst it's cheap btw?

Meelow got banned somehow. O_o He was one of the regulars in Nintendo topics, he last made multiple posts on the FF15 & KH3 reaction thread. Can't pinpoint the post that did him in, he was great. :( Hope it wasn't a perm.

Can someone tell me why Vegas Stakes costs $8? It doesn't seem like it's going to sell well, judging by the reaction to its release.

can someone tell me about 3D MahJongg please?

I have never played MahJongg before. Is it easy to learn or not good for newcomers?

PMing you.

I think Nintendo's pricing is based on system for pricing.

Star Wars Pinball is supposed to be completely separate from Zen Pinball, right? Personally I dislike Zen's DLC tactics so a stand alone would be way better.

No prob. :)

So aside from the 2 Wii U games and Jett Rocket 2, what else is Shin'en up to?

I hope they can work with Majesco to make Iridion 3, surprised they didn't instead of Nano Assault, since Majesco published it, and there's no reason they couldn't have made it an eShop game to begin with (especially since they released the superior EX version recently anyway).

Or a new Nanostray (they own that), I felt Nano Assault Neo was WAY too soon, felt like NSMB syndrome; NSMB2 and NSMBU were also very close to one another.

I was hoping their first Wii U game would've been Nanostray 3 considering the hints that made it sound lie a shmup (which NAN is...).

Just bought Mighty Switch Force 2. Hope the original one goes on sale soon since I've already bought it before on my OG 3DS and I can't download it again due to Nintendo's account system.

What I've heard of the soundtrack so far is awesome!

I'm really enjoying Urban after spending more time with it. I've now put in about 15 hours, split between the main game and the level editor. The price is just right for the amount of content you get.
Yeah, game is quite good.

Also, seems Shin'en got some serious competition now because Urban is a 3DS tech showcase:

- Full scene shadowmapping. I think this is the first 3DS game I saw use this on pretty much the entire level (the closest ones are the Lego games but only a few objects cast shadows) and it really adds to the visuals, since the levels are mostly dynamic.
- Lots of real time per-pixel specular lighting.
- Framerate has been solid 30fps so far.
- The 3D has great depth distribution and doesn't affect performance.

So far, only looking forward to Shantae on GBC. It'd be cool if there was a deal with either getting both that & the DSiWare game and/or a sale on the DSiWare one to celebrate the fact the original finally got added.

Otherwise, wonder what the next group of Club Nintendo games will be.

DuckTales and Dungeons & Dragons. It's all I ask of you, Nintendo. It's not such an impossible task as to render this request mere folly. It's not like I'm complaining that NA gets Pikmin 3 and Mario and Luigi both pushed back into August....

I'm surprised they managed to get it running that well on the 3DS. I played the demo of the Vita version and it ran horribly.

Yeah, game looks great. Vita version obviously looks much much better but I was really surprised when I got it how good it looked.

I went straight to buy it on eShop and guess what I was greeted with:

Funds: $5.86

Total Price: $5.87

:/
You have the option of adding needed funds from a debit card if you wish. That's pretty much what I've done since Nintendo added the feature. No more having to add $5 each time I was a dollar or two short (lookin' at you, Microsoft).

I like how you'll be able to play all three Shantae games on your 3DS fairly soon. :D

DK's the last game. They need to do more promotions/sales, especially since 3rd party companies have been doing discounts on their Wii U eShop titles and Nintendo did special deals for a month a while back.

Is there any risk? Also it only shows being able to add 10, 20, 50, and 200 dollars.

What are the chances of Donkey Kong's release being the version with the pie factory?
None. It's the NES version of the game, not the "Original Edition" that put it back in for people who downloaded select games or bought that special Wii bundle.

Not really. If you don't want to, you can have it so it won't store your credit/debit card info.

As for the option not appearing, maybe it doesn't appear if you're so much under the limit? It should appear if you try to buy a game with insufficient funds on the bottom right of the touch screen.

Yeah I went to the game and tried buying it and then it gave me the option of adding the needed funds.

I'll just stick with point cards, I want to get Animal Crossing anyway so I can get 2 $20 cards.

Damn it , why can't they just sell it to us? I didn't want to purchase a 3DS game I didn't want just for the rights to download it. I'll pay an extra dollar or 2.

Nintendo are so weird, they do things like that Original Edition DK which was a really random thing to do to begin with... but cool!

But insist on keeping it locked up and never available again. The mind wonders what other cool shit they have hidden away.

Huh, it seems you can't take Miiverse screenshots from the Japanese VC releases of Final Fantasy VI and Secret of Mana. Wonder what's the logic behind that decision.

I wonder when we are gonna get details on the summer update, I hope they dont wait til the end of Summer in Sept.

Weird. I wonder if it's cause they don't want spoilers on there? But I thought that's what the spoiler tag is for.

Any word what the July 3DS Virtual Console game to get with points will be? Thinking about getting Metroid 2 but will hold off if it's something better.
