Also only Eurogamer Spain is the only one to report a damn thing about this all day.

No clue if this is true or not but as long as the OS stays under 512mb, that's still 3.5GB for devs. Last I checked almost every PC game in the last few years can fit in 3gb total DDR3+GDDR5 RAM at 1080p. Yes there are some examples like Crysis 3 on Ultra or Skyrim w/ several gigs of texture mods installed where you might want 2GB+ of video memory, but those are edge cases.

PS4 would still be amazing even with 4GB RAM.
