I think I like to take him on his word that he'll help us but that rarely works. Also, I think Blarg pulled this stunt on Pineapple and he was scum. So I'm leaning more on lynching him.

Right now, I feel good about Blargonaut. SkyOdin's also there, but he hasn't participated as much as in my previous two games here. Kalor is quite quiet, then again I don't remember him much from the game/s we've played.
As for the folks I'm unfamiliar with, I am still wary of Zippedpinhead, kyanrute is somewhat bothering me too, and we'll learn a lot from CCS's lynch. The two new folks should put forth at the very least some lists of who they suspect. I don't think they've pointed out anyone yet.

What's funny is that CCS is claiming to be helping town, yet the consequences of his claim has only served to divide and cause infighting amongst town, which is what a neutral wants.
It's only Day 2, for crying out loud. I don't like the doomsday prophets that say it's scum or bust today. Yes we're behind but it's not over yet. I think we'll be okay without a neutral distracting us, and the small chance that they could help us is not worth the risk.
Besides, discussing the whole concept of lynching a neutral is always, well, neutral. There are logical arguments to be made for both sides and it doesn't indicate alignment.
I would rather just nip this in the bud today and resume scum hunting on D3.

Disagree. Zeusy is one of the newbies. OA was giving prudent advice: "I'm voting for this person because everyone else is" is not a justification. OA wasn't trying to stop a CCS lynch, just educate a newb on common expectations/scum behavior.

Sorry I haven't been posting much, just been a little bit busier than planned. Going to catch up, post some thoughts, and try to do better for the last third of this day.
So, why do you feel good about Blargonaut right now? I was neutral on him day 1, but he hasn't really been all that helpful or active today. The most effort he has put in lately has been that chart tracking role claims and such. In of itself, that chart felt like the kind of busywork someone coukd hind behind to look like they are contributing while not actually hunting scum.

Believe it or not, I feel like he's scum if he puts more effort. Like he did in Pineapple. He was laid back on Just Mafia and he was town.

The reason is ccs has been going back and forth, but now I may be tempted to switch my vote. Seems like your trying to just Dodge questions now by asking more of them...

So we are voting CSS because we can't trust him, and yet there is obviously Scum out there? Is this really wise? I mean we still have 18 hours left and yet we have 9 votes for CSS. Now saying this, suggests I should have a lead on someone who is scum...but I don't. It's rather hard to read people if I am being honest.

Thoughts on CCS getting close to being lynched. Turbos are not bad things, but Lone_Prodigy does have a point when half the players haven't met post count it may be a bit premature.
I've been thinking about some of those low posters. Like Ri'Orius, skyodin and the goddamn. What do they think about the neutral witch?

Yeah, this is post #12 for me. Incidentally, that means I have more posts this day phase than you and WaffleTaco put together. I am not sure that either of you are in a position to be pointing fingers at people for low activity.
Though at this rate, TheGoddamn will need to be replaced.
So, I get jumping off CCS (every time I want to type CSS, sigh) to prevent a turbo, but is there any particular reason you jumped to *Splinter? Do you think he's being scummy?
Look on the bright side, batsnacks' thing might help out during the night. So even if the lynch today turns out poorly, maybe that will help us out. Though I disagree with the OA targeting mentioned earlier.
It is hard, but if you're unsure then a good place to start is to comment on arguments put forward by other people. Even if you dont have a sure answer it's helpful for other townies to be able to track your thoughts throughout the game.
For example, what do you think about my case against Cabot? Or his response to me? What about the SkyOdin votes? Anything in there you agree/disagree with?

I did it myself and showed that 'suggesting to lynch them' was an extreme stretch, I imagined a response of you disagreeing made sense.
As for overconfidence, yeah I'm gonna be fairly bold in day phases because I am very unlikely to be killed at Night. It's natural of having this role, I did it in Overwatch too where I was commuter. You picked up on it because it happened.

I contend that keeping someone around that I can't trust is a negative outcome, because while you may never fully trust someone who is unconfirmed, you always need some degree of trust.
I've been ignoring CCS since he claimed, he's dead weight to me. I'm not keeping around dead weight.
CCS has now claimed he can cause 2 kills in a night phase, that just makes it even more of a positive to waste him.
I also still think there's a chance that CCS is scum.
