No that's GTO. FMA 2003 and Trigun did it just fine.

I think series like Trigun or GitS don't count since they're more like original series based on the manga, rather than straight adaptations. And FMA '03 was obviously its own thing.

Looks like Funimation is doing a Blu-Ray remastering of Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid... I thought they already released this, but apparently the main difference is this version is a Blu-Ray/DVD combo pack.

That's, at least, what I can gather from looking at Funi's previous release of TSR and this release. I was thinking about updating the old DVDs of my brothers he gave to me into Blu-Rays since each season of FMP can be had for about $20 or less, including Fumoffu?!on Blu-Ray.

With Season 4 on the way, would it be better to just wait until the whole show is packed in?

Season 4 is like a year out and TSR is a really good looking show for the most part, in addition to moving pretty quick.

I'm actually making my way through the series again right now, in preparation for the next season, and this guy is far more entertaining than I remember. His introduction is absolutely amazing, you guys would love him.

Oh yeah, Season Four is coming next year! Being honest, I forgot about that sadly...
I'll wait. I wasn't in a rush to get them anyway since I already have FMP and Fumoffu?! on DVD. Just making an excuse to update them like I did Eureka Seven when my brother gave me that on DVD.

I'm still glad I grabbed FMA on Blu-Ray before Funi lost the licencing in NA to Aniplex. Made a mistake with Brotherhood and all I have is Part Two on DVD when I got it on sale at Best Buy for about $25. Never found Part One and the price for it now is just... crazy.
