Love this show.
Can anyone tell me what Jeff said about Blade's brain damage? The weather in my area is really bad and it knocked out my satellite signal. I got what he said about shame but after that it got cut off.
The Pierce/Chang stuff tonight was the first time in a while that something on the show has been bad to the point of cringing. Thankfully there was only like a minute of it lol.
I've never been a Pierce hater, but tonight's episode made it easier to envision the show without him lol. They've clearly never really known what to do with him anyway.
decent episode. something about the show has seemed subpar since the break though. it's making me sad i hope it's just my imagination and that i appreciate them more on repeat watches.
Don't really get this, seemed like the point was that it was undeveloped. Was worth it for Chevy crying over a blue horse.
Great episode.
Got a lot of good laughs.
Forever alone Pierce made me sad.
Britta and Annie should spank each other in lingerie.
And lol at dean: "I'm into trains now."

I really liked tonight's episode. I liked that this week had some abnormal pairings...Jeff and Shirley, Annie and Britta, Pierce and Chang. Although I feel like the Jeff/Blade story was done (and done better) back with Rich last season. At some point, Jeff has got to stop realizing something about himself and actually start acting like he's had all these realizations.
Already been done.
Annie's boobs (note: not Annie's Boobs) were amazing this episode.
How many episodes of his 6 has John Goodman been in now? 4? I remember him being in the episode where he was introduced, the first half of the pillow fort story, tonight's and the one with the secret society or whatever... or was that the one he was introduced in? Its all blending together.

It felt like Troy took really really hard the whole texting nice things to Britta to get her over the guy thing, and that was never adressed. Felt off. What was that about?

What? What about the Dungeons and dragons episode or the lamar burton one? I love him as the villain.
To be honest I was just so distracted by Annie's cleavage I had to re-watch to catch the actual episode.
Enjoyable episode, not the best but pretty good. The Troy Britta arc can only go south, I don't see it being good addition to the show but what do I know?
Another excellent episode of Community. I am really really digging this show. Sad that I still haven't seen the first season, but I will remedy that this summer.
On a related note...maybe you guys already talked about this but, does Britta look a little different? I don't think it's plastic surgery, but did they change her makeup or something?
Great ep. Especially loved the "I wonder how many women I've affected this way" and Annie's reaction.
PS. Not sure how I feel about a Troy and Britta thing. There's no real connection there otherwise and no reason they'd relate to each other at all. Troy being overly immature and Britta always trying to act grown up. At least with Jeff/Annie there was some kind of a mentoring/father thing going on there.

I'd watch an entire episode of Abed doing standup.
Not joking.
From Reddit
Fun episode. So far I'm preferring the latter half of season 3.
Probably also should weigh in on the Harmon/Chevy debate. The impression I'm getting is that their personalities never particularly meshed; only difference is now it's public. Suppose any press is good press, and if anyone can reach out to the lowest common denominator of viewers, it's TMZ.
Was sort of sad to hear that Chevy actually doesn't really like the show, though. Maybe it's because Community's so meta sometimes, but I kind of just associate the actors with the characters they play, so it feels weird hearing about "behind-the-scenes" drama on a show like this.

I'd watch an entire episode filled with Annie's cleavage.

Oh wait, that is what I did last night

At the end, while they were all watching blade, annie gave britta a nod towards troy to let her know that it was him who came up with the nice message... reinforcing their budding relationship I think.
Exactly. Addressing it without spoken words is way better. That would end up being tripe like "You're a TRUE friend Troy-eee!" Just having Britta know that Troy thinks these nice things about her, and having Troy know that Britta knows, and having the whole group realize once again how great of friends they are, is more than enough.
I thought he did, because to me it didn't look like he smiled at Abed. He looked back at the entire group, then looked forward at the movie smiling.I agree with most everything you said, but are we sure that Troy knows that Brita knows (after Brita found out from Annie)? When they were showing all the warm looks to each other at the end, Brita has a warm look for Troy, then the camera pans down to Troy giving Abed a warm look.
I'm guessing they're going to stretch out the Troy/Brita relationship a bit further by pulling Troy away now from Brita (since he was offended at her reaction) then having the big reveal for each other towards the end of the season.

I think they will stretch out the relationship until the end of the season though. Not because Troy's offended, but just because they're both still awkward and unsure of what to do.
