French House is a genre I fell in love with because of the work of Ed Banger. Daft Punk, Justice, SebastiAn, Mr. Oizo, Busy P, etc. What a phenomenal genre.

The main stage was weak, but the others were on fire.
IMO best set of whole weekend was Purple Haze at ASOT stage. What a surprise!

Kinda dissapointed that Ferry as Gouryella was the same set (minus one track). Fuck sake man, I love your music but change your sets a little, you even released it on CD.

Prydz' 2015 set is still probably my favorite sets in my long history of listening to electronic music. Him missing this year actually hampered my excitement.

That Gaia 2014 set is probably my favorite Ultra moment of all time. Still a good festival but it feels like it's on a down swim.
Came in here to ask how the Gouryella set was...seems to be as expected. I still have yet to see his set but it does suck that he just plays the same set over and over.

I remember Ferry being a big reason I got into Trance / EDM in the first place.
Creamfields, Dance Valley, His Passport CDs, but nowadays he seems to just phone it in a bit :/

He went pop trance for a while. Gouryella is a nice return to form, can't blame him too much for playing the same set since that was the whole point of his temporary return. His new album seems to be a good mix between modern trance and Gouryella style. Don't think he (or anybody) will ever really fully return to the sound you hear in Passport. Similar maybe, but evolved.
