The game is so much fun. Anyway i shouldn't play it when im drunk. While we were beating them 4-2, i caused one goal and scored an own goal myself to make it 4-4. With 5 seconds left i missed the ball and it seemed like they were gonna score and win but before the ball crossed the line the match ended and it extended. Then on overtime i scored and we won. I haven't had so much fun for a very long time. When is it coming out guys?

A company being excited for their new game is a huge slap in the face to all the fans that liked their old games.
I wish Psyonix went the Psygnosis route and built a little back story behind the league and the teams a la WipEout.
Game could be so huge if it transcends that "quirky little downloadable title" vibe.
It needs lots of iconography and stylish, memorable liveries.

This would be cool for the single player. Maybe if they added in stats for single player, you could face a team of fast sports cars, slower but more demolition-capable trucks, etc

Honestly, Psyonix could've sold Rocket League's current build as an Early Access title on Steam or the equivalent of that on PSN. The beta is very polished (for what's there anyways) to the point it's reminiscent of Killing Floor 2 in that regard. Overall audio randomly sounding muted until you reboot the game is the only bug I've encountered in 8+ hours of playtime, servers / matchmaking seemed quite stable too and framerate performance is largely on-point as well. It's a well-realized package that I frankly wouldn't mind paying for already, it being incomplete notwithstanding.

The beta was so good - i didn't get a code until yesterday, but after an hour or so of matches and having loved it's predecessor I'm in.. So good.

I've been on teams where we had the ball almost in like that and it didn't count, and I was fine with it. Occasionally in sports you get shit luck and there's nothing that can be done about it.

I got robbed out of the top 100 clearly
I uploaded a video of Shadows' 1 minute comeback game as well, in case anyone want to see it from a different POV, or watch how a top 65 player do little to nothing except failing miserably.

And what do you mean when you're not around? Did you see me play yesterday? I was horrible LOL
For real though, I barely played alone, and because of that I played mostly vs people worse than me (because of total party matchmaking rating). I mean, I don't want to brag myself, but whenever I did play alone, I always met at least one person of the top 100 (so many names I recognized from the list...). So yeah, although I won most games, since like 75% of them were against people worse than me, they didn't (or shouldn't) count as much. Not that I did bad against people high on the list or anything, but I just didn't play much against them for it to influence, if I were to guess.
TL,DR: I'm bad

Yeah I checked to see if you were on there. A search for "Shay-dow" turned up nothing.
I wasn't on there either but that's only because I gave up my spot so others could feel special.

I hope we aren't too far from a full release.... need my juice! Played a few farewell games last night, keep getting better and better. Last night, I will say playing standard, it seemed like we couldnt keep people, which meant AI players in there pretty regularly, which is annoying since the AI doesn't mess up or miss shots. I'd rather play at a handicap.
