Can't wait for October 19!
lam... that is ssoo last year
Nah, I'm just streets ahead.
lamo !!! classic line mate
Are you saying 'lame-o' or did you misspell 'lmao'
Nah, I'm just streets ahead.
I need help reacting to something.
Since we've pretty much jumped the shark on this thread, I believe it is finally ok to discuss: is it just me, or does Allison Brie just give off the vibe that if you ever dated her you would find out she's actually crazy? Her eyes man, her eyes.
I think it's more like she's really good at pretending to be like that in interviews. Annie character is great, Alison Brie seems pretty annoying.
We try not to sexualise her.
Or something. It's been a while
Annie's pretty young, we try not to sexualize her

That must have been an early season 1 quote or something, because we all know how well that went. Not to mention the whole Jeff/Annie thing, which was kinda gross.
say what? it's on netflix?
edit: not on streaming at least. boo for getting me excited.
Netflix Canada. The one time we get something the US doesn't maybe?
In America it's on the pay service Hulu. It's like the idiots that run the show intentionally want as few people to experience the show as possible. Wouldn't want it on Netflix where it could possibly attract new fans/viewers.
May I ask which episodes? Finally watched Season 3 on DVD.
And it was far, far better than I was remembering. I recall thinking that the series took a huge dive with S3, but aside from maybe two problem episodes it was gold! Either not having to watch it week-to-week drastically improved it or I was in a weird place when it was airing, because most my old complaints (with the possible exception of Abed) were washed away.
Jeff's dad showing up next season has never been a secret. It was always coming. Who plays him though is the secret.Great.
Thanks.
Didn't know about the part I bolded.
Great.

Which is kinda sad, because in some behind the scenes interview she seemed really chill.Alison Brie overplays the whole sexual innuendo thing and it gets really old. She knows her target audience well!
May I ask which episodes?
Well they needed a Christmas episode and you can't really top Uncontrollable Christmas or the first one which was just as good in a different way. I guess if they had just gone with a normal episode that happened to be Christmas based it would have been cool, but then again, it wouldn't have felt like season 3. And you needed a bridge episode to get them kicked out to prepare them for the end. And I liked Pillows and Blankets. It was nice. I thought you were going to say Virtual Systems Analysis which a lot of people hated. Though I loved it for how out there it was. And how it even made fun of the fact that they knew it was out there with him pretending to be Pierce not knowing what the hell was going on. It gets better and makes more sense on rewatches.Off the top of my head: Regional Holiday Music, Course Listing Unavailable, and Pillows and Blankets all feel mediocre to me. Especially Pillows and Blankets, which, despite being a novel concept, has zero memorable laughs from me. The first two are far from bad, they just came off as dips in quality when watched at the same time as more brilliant episodes.
Also, when I was watching S3 as it was airing I hated the Chang and Abed's arcs, but ultimately I was much more satisfied with them this time around. I guess they could have toned down the Inspector Spacetime stuff by about 40% though.
They've hinted at Jeff hunting down his father for a while. The end of last season ended with him searching for him on Goog--Searchsies.
Sorry if you feel spoiled but the part you could read is not the part people don't know about. I expect season 4 to be largely about it.
