Both the random 5 minute chunking of the videos and the stupid in-universe commercials take away from this. I think Pawnee is nice when it's organic, but forced attempts to make it a thing (through this kind of stuff, through the Pawnee book) just makes it feel more artificial and thus less enjoyable for me. I like when the series feels like a real or slightly heightened version of a small town rather than a cartoon. :/
