It's not actually that bad for a fan script, especially if it was only written in five days... it's just so poorly proofread, so heavy on fanservice, and so far removed from Man of Steel tonally (despite frequent references to the climax of MoS, it barely feels like it's set in the same universe) that it's not particularly plausible as a fake.
