My attempt on a real time transcript from the conversation between LI Joe and Aris, some word order inaccuracies are bound to exist, but I've tried to maintain the message mostly accurate.
[Joe introduces that the stream is live, and asks the question]
Aris: This thing hasn't been fun for anyone. It's like EVO, in terms of it being draining. I was doing everything I was supposed to do, I was doing everything that I was expected to do. It's really nobodys fault, you know I mean - it's pretty much impossible to predict. For example, on todays challenge, there is no way anybody would known it would have gone the way it did. I tried to manipulate things, to get an advantage. Alter it, via technicalities. That's kind of what I've been doing that the whole time. And the superyan thing is related to that. And the people involved haven't been able to predict on whats been going to happen. As of right now, everything is cool, but it's just really mentally draining everyone. This whole thing has not been fun for anyone.
Aris: Look, this is why I was called on the show. People know how I act, and they called me for this reason. This is the way it is, this is the way things went down. Different people react differently. She reacted the way she did, and I understand that. But this issue has been taken care of internally. And for the record, nobody is in trouble, it's all resolved. People assume that there is crazy thing going on, but it's really not. The internet is just blowing things out of porportions. Which is fine, teh world likes drama, whatever - adn I'm glad thats how it happened. It's blowing it up. All I have to say is that this has been mentally draining.
Joe tells Aris that Sherry was defending you.
Aris: yeah, you know - I don't hate anyone. Look, the people that know me, know that I am friendly guy. (Joe agrees and defends Aris on this point). And you know, some people who don't know me, or are not prepared for how I act - might be taken a bit back by my personality. But when I realize when somebody can't deal with it, I take it back, I apologize. And I take care of it and it gets resolved.
Joe says that what Sherry says matches what Aris is now saying.
Aris: Look, I'm not -that- much of a dick, just a little dick.
Joe : are you excited about the game
Aris; yeah, I think this game is good. It seems like a lot of top players like it. And on my level, a beginner level - I also like it. I think it'll be good for the FGC.
Joe: Thanks for talking to me.
Aris; No problem man, I'm all about being honest. But really though, this entire thing has been stressful, tiring, and it's been hard on everyone.
Starslayer calls (edit, who the fuck is starslayer - whatever) Pretty much comes in to defends Aris. Saying, he comes across as a dick, but when you get to know him he's actually a really nice guy.

I wasn't around or active enough on the net to know how the BB community managed "alienate themselves from the community, but whatever happened then(or even a few months ago with evo picks) is peanuts compared to all this stuff.

I don't think this drama needs to be forgotten. It needs to be stamped out, and it's going to take a co-ordinated effort between the game companies, and SRK (who needs to have the same attitude as GAF on this) to get this done.
Forgetting about it will just sweep things under the carpet, and it would happen again.

Yeah I sort of feel the same way. I'm sure Joe is a great guy, but I feel like he's fallen in love with the celebrity status he's gained. Don't get me wrong, everybody knows Joe but he just started a stream and it's been blowing up and he's benefiting from the Cross Assault drama. He sees the number and seems kind of desperate to keep it up by getting anyone he can think of on his stream. Sometimes it's cool, sometimes it seems like he's just reaching hard. I hope in time he'll see that he kind of lost his head during this whole situation.

it was crystal clear that Joe wanted Aris to start more shit. i was actually impressed that Aris was smart enough to just say sorry dude but i'm not going to say what you and the stream want to hear.
Aris basically said he was equally abrasive to everyone, some people respond to it differently, and that the whole deal is being overblown. Joe tried to get something better out of him but Aris saw the trap, and shut it down very well. he's a guy that can handle blow up attempts, if anything.
