Amazon has it listed for March from XSEED, has a preliminary box art too.

It's not coming in March. XSEED themselves have said that the game isn't coming anytime soon.

This is beautiful; yet another post-2010 PSP hit. If it doesn't get translated officially, I sure home some fans are able to do it.

I've tried it with the very latest English patch.

There's still a lot to be done. You can enjoy the excellent combat and pick up a little bit here and there but I have no idea what's going on in the story and even some of the tutorial elements have yet to be translated
