Micheal Rosenbaum was Martinex, aka. diamond-dude that hung with Sly. One of the original guardians in the comics, or thereabouts.
Why are people still acting like the Stan Lee scene is a reference to Fantastic Four? It's obviously Civil War he's referencing.
The Watcher and Ego are classical related to the Fantastic Four.
Sure, but they still don't own the rights to Fantastic Four. The story of how they got the rights to Ego is well known.
Lee specifically mentions FedEx. Which describes his role in Civil War, not FF. I get the wishful thinking but the reference wouldn't fit.

Stan Lee clearly exists, you know, above and apart from the reality of all the films. So the notion that he could be sitting there on a cosmic pit stop during the jump gate sequence in ”Guardians" was something very fun – James had that idea and we shot that cameo and loved it so much, you know, you see it a couple of times in the movie. It wasn't in for a long time and we put it back in towards the end of the process where he references that time he was a Federal Express agent – we thought it would be fun to put that in there because that really says, so wait a minute, he's this same character who's popped up in all these films.
The bald guys are Watcher, who are related to the Fantastic Four.
From the mouth of Kevin Feige:

Doesn't change anything. See above. Stan Lee talks about being a FedEx agent in the movie (as confirmed by Feige), and the only movie he ever appeared in as a FedEx agent is in Civil War. He wasn't a FedEx agent in FF. It's not a reference to that movie.

Stan Lee in FF was clearly a nod to Willie Lumpkin the FF's mailman
The licences of these guys are from the Fantastic Four licence packet. That people on NeoGAF dont get that this has nothing to do with his cameo from Fantastic Four has no relation to this. Its only about the characters. He could said FedEx or Western Union or Interstellar Space Mail. Doesnt matter. Its about the characters that appeared on screen. Its like when you would complain about the mail company when he would sat next to Galactuns and the Silver Surfer.
Fox doesnt own anything from the Fantastic Four. Its all owned by Constantin FIlm.
Yes. But you sre Wrong. Specific Members of the Skrull race are owned by Constantin Film.
The film rights to the Skrulls, Marvel Comics' green-skinned shapeshifters, are co-owned by Marvel Studios and 20th Century Fox, according to Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn.
Some specific Skrulls are at Fox. But the Skrulls as a whole are co-owned.
Marvel hides stuff fairly well. For example, come back to this post 3 months from now when the nerd world is gobsmacked by the SHOCKING TWIST that Zendaya plays Mary Jane Watson. If they had F4 back we'd know about it by now.

They do this kind of deals all the time. Resident Evil is also owned by Constantin Film and Sony is the one who gets the big label name pushed in the heads of the people.Constantin Film owns the general movie rights. Bernd Eichinger bought the rights in the 80s and I have yet to see anyone explain how the rights would have ended up at Fox.
There is a reason Constantin Film is still listed as a co-producer. That said, Fox may very well be in control of the rights. We have no idea what their deal with Constantin Film is.
Not sure about the need for spoiler text since this is the spoiler thread. They did go all out,a whole wall in the caverns turned into his face, with dialogue and everything. I don't know if you expected him to speak or something with the planet face but his face would have to be moving at like 10000 m/s to make expressions.
I was surprised that they put a gigantic face on the side of a planet at all, they could easily have had only Kurt Russell as Ego's vessel for the whole film, and many prior comic book films would have done that. We've come a long way since Galactus as a big cloud.

I loved the ben browder cameo. Peter quill and John Crichton in the same movie, it's perfect.

This movie had an excellent villlain reveal. Probably the best of all Marvel movies. Star Lord reaction felt so authentic and viseral. Amazing moment.
GAF is filled with narcoleptics. And many that seem to be triggered by movies. There should be a study on this.
