They should change the Marvel intro to be a giant timeline, and have the camera pan across it to the movie you're watching, with it highlighted. It would be more informative than the current jerk off.

Honestly, having Captain Marvel set in the 90's works perfectly in terms of setting up Kamala Khan to become Ms. Marvel later.

It's a smart move because it lets us have an origin arc outside the context of a universe-ender like Thanos with the Gauntlet, and allows her to show up as an expert by the time she meets Stark etc.

I doubt she's famous in the MCU, mainly because of the absence of mention in previous movies. She's probably a top secret Shield agent and maybe even be out of sync in time by the time she returns for Avengers 4 due to time dilation while doing something high speed in space or something like that.

Damn, that was hot.

Someone else presented a better scenario (Carol as a modern day Amelia Earhart), but I'm thinking the world finds out about her in Avengers 4, and all her past exploits in space get revealed/exposed (possibly also from the SHIELD leak at the end of Winter Soldier).
Ah, yes, I can see that. I quite like that idea honestly.

Black Panther takes place right after Civil War, these movies all over the place timeline wise. Lol.
Post Civil War, I'd bet.
I think so too.
At this point I'm betting having Ant-Man and the Wasp and Captain Marvel released after IW is just to take everyone by surprise and end IW with the finger snap.

Ah cool, Daniel Kaluuya's role in the movie isn't small. Thought it might be since he only shows up in the trailer for a split second and it was filmed pre-Get Out.

Nice. Watched Get Out recently & he was damn good in it.

That poster *whew*

Some of you need to come to term with the fact that Creed is part of the Rocky series lol. Drago coming back isn't shit, it's amazing and it'll be hype as fuck.

I don't need Stallone trying to reassert some level of control over a story so he can jerk off over his jingoistic greasetrap of an 80s flick.

It's a shit idea. He's being presumptious as hell, too - I dont' think Coogler wants to go that direction, and the story beats he's already built into the film for future sequels are eminently more interesting than "SON OF DRAGO" or whatever lazy garbo Sly thinks is hot shit.
