The Last time you bought a game for $59.99 (Full Price)

I bought the fucking Digital Guardian Edition and it made me hate Bungie.

My little brother (middle-school) bought Destiny digitally on day one using MY account and MY money without asking me.
I played the Destiny open beta and absolutely hated it, but guess what? My brother played the final game and hated it as well. I told him the game is shit, he should've listened! FUCK!

To this day, my hatred for Destiny still burns like a wild fire, I will never spend a dime on this ''franchise''. My eyes hurts just from watching the gameplay of Destiny 2.

And most important of all, I stopped buying games digitally.

Nier: Automata. I usually pre-order through Amazon, but I found out about it at the last second. It called to me.

Worth it.

Breath of the wild. Twice. 1 on Wii U when it came out and 1 on the switch when it was in my hands. I was only going to play the plateau on the Wii U just to scratch the itch of the game.. put in like 50 hours in a week and a half until I got the switch version.

Bought Persona 5 for $60 on PSN and Nioh + DLC before that for $80. Bought Mario Kart and BoTW on the Switch around a week ago as well but used my friend's Best Buy account to get a 20% discount on both.

Forza Horizon 3 is the last one I personally paid for, my copy of Breath of the Wild was full price too. I'll probably pay full premium for Assassin's Creed Origins just to get the Steam version.

I bought the digital version of Zero Time Dilemma at launch because Aksys fucked preorder watches and held them back from release on Amazon. I still got a copy of the physical release as well.

Anytime I buy a PC game at launch? Overwatch and Battlefield 1 come to mind. Besides that, I haven't paid more than 47.99 for a retail console game since I got my Gamer's Club from BB almost 2 years ago.

It's been a while since I got Gamers Club Unlocked from Best Buy. I would have to look through shopping history. I guess maybe Marvel Va Capcom 3 for PS4 sinxe it was gamestop exclusive. 29.99

ARMS. Nintendo games are the only games I get a full price. It was cheaper to get on Amazon JP but I didn't wasn't to go through the hassle of registration and verification.

I think it was Kingdom Hearts 1.5+2.5. I wanted the pin on the SE online store otherwise I would have gotten it discounted at BB with GCU.

FFXV, I don't regret it as I bought it two weeks before the official release.
Before that was Gears 4 and I regret it every minute. Actually was the game that made me decide to not buy games at launch.

I always try to for games I am really interested in.

Try to support this industry as much as I can. (In Canada, we pay $79.99)

Having said that, there are some games that I just never got around to, so I buy whatever the new price is at the time.

Last game was Persona 5 at full price. Haven't been playing much since then, just indies.

Horizon Zero Dawn. Although, I paid 73€ for the special edition that came with a soundtrack and art booklet. I buy most of my games day one, and as similar special editions. No regrets.

I buy Nintendo games on release at full price, but most Xbox One and PS4 games I usually wait to drop in price as they normally tumble on Amazon UK.

Last time....mmm, Forza 6, last year.
I cant simply justify buying a game for so much when I have a ridiculous huge library (almost 300 games) and many, many of them wont even played once.
Thanks Games With Gold + 360 BC .
