There's this whole corner of twitter that won't stop talking about YOI and I have no idea what it's about so I might as well go in blind with this

Imagine the chat each time

Dragon Ball would be such a perfect match for a Twitch marathon, but I sadly can't see it happening because the rights are spread across several companies for regions. They'd have to region lock the stream or get every company on it. Crunchy didn't even allow my region to watch DB Super until recently.

CR doesn't show dubs if I'm not mistaken. Dubs are from Funi only.

I'm guessing the Twitch marathon will show the sub.

They edited out the yuri subtext.
They've edited out any conversation that remotely resembles gay
I find this difficult to believe, considering even in the English dub Tohru is very unambiguously gay for Kobayashi.

Unless this was about another pairing that comes to mind (*cough*Saikanna*coughcough*)...

I saw something about the dub adding weird stuff like blaming Lucoa covering up on "the patriarchy".
also some weird additions to dialogue that make no sense
This I can kind of understand. I still liked it, but then again, I guess I was part of the target audience (also, fuck the patriarchy).

I'm still hoping for a straight DB, DBZ, DBGT, Movies, & DBS marathon; hopefully they save Super for later!

But it doesn't even make sense in context. Lucoa acts like an airhead at times and the people ogling over her in the anime are the men.

maybe tomorrow it rains
I'm not real big on anime and I still loved Mob Psycho 100. Great art, no creepy anime shit, nice sense of humor. Easy to recommend.

As much as I like Miss Kobayashi's Maid Dragon, I want to know how they'll handle Episode 6 and any moment involving Lucoa and Shota.

The dragon, named Tohru, has the ability to magically transform into an adorable human girl (albeit with horns and a long tail!), who will do anything to pay off her debt of gratitude, whether Miss Kobayashi likes it or not.

I know enough about Japan and ancient dragons that are actually little girls to guess where this is heading

I guess that's cool, I enjoyed the bob ross and power rangers marathons. But I don't think i'd enjoy twitch chat+anime unless its DBZ or something.

I gotta assume they are trying to work out the logistics for Dragon Ball and DBZ. It makes too much sense for them not to do it.

I should definitely catch the Mob Psycho 100 portion of the stream. The first 100% will blow Twitch chat's collective minds right out the back of their computer rooms.

This is werid, so twitch which is owned by amazon and which amazon has its own service anime strike, is doing a marathon with crunchyroll shows? o_O we live in a werid timeline

One day I realized that sadness is just another word for not enough coffee.
Ep 10 credits of YoI is going to be the most kappapride shit ever.
