^^^ Interesting. Also, I've updated the names of various tracks in the OP. 6-2 is called Chilly Coast.
Oh wait a sec, it says the name of the final boss in the description --.Lord Frederick
Game rips. The game has a music test. You can even turn down (or turn off) sound effects if you want to listen while you play.
Ghost writers?6-2 is straight-up Hans Zimmer. It's actually a 'better' rendition of his work than Zimmer's own ghost writers. That's pretty nuts.
WARNING: IF DONG EXPANDS FOR FOUR OR MORE HOURS, CONSULT A DOCTOR.
Twilight Terror (DKC2 remix -- Stickerbrush Symphony)
His work on Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts is phenomenal too, I'll try to post a few links when I can. "cruising showdown town" in collaboration with Robin Beanland is one of the greatest tracks I've heard from him. It's on Spotify
Ghostwriters are individuals who write content under the name of another individual. Hans Zimmer owns a company that oversees dozens of individual composers, but a lot of the work that goes out under his company is given credit directly to Zimmer.Ghost writers?
Busted Bayou doesnt get enough love in here. The 1:00 minute mark is lovely.
Not sure, but the ending credits (time-stamped) also have an amazing remix of Stickerbush Symphony.
(Is it "Stickerbush" or "Stickerbrush?" I swear I see both in equal measure.)
At any rate, PLAY DAT SAX, DAVE WISE:

I love that Stickerbrush. So much better than the shitty Brawl rendition.
A little off-topic, but Nintendo should get David Wise and Mahito Yokota together to compose for the next Zelda title, that would be amazing.
Really liking this soundtrack, I hope Nintendo puts it out for sale.
I'm very happy that Wise's return to DKC is triumphant. This guy's music is what started my affinity for video game soundtracks. It's a shame the game is on Wii U tbh...unless there's a turnaround not only does it mean few people will experience it, but a lot of us DKC/Wise lovers will probably never play it. Oh well, if the soundtrack is released I will buy it.

infinitelooper.com + this thread = bliss
I'm actually stuck in amiss abyss, which is fine by me because I don't want to spoil the other tracks.
*rollseyes*
What are you rolling your eyes at
The "god fobids I touch a Wii U with a ten foot pole even if it has a game I want" posts are getting tiring.
I took it as more of a "it's a shame the Wii U is selling so poorly, that means less people will get to experience this," and less of a "Wii U is shit system hope it dies LOL" type post.
Looks and sounds beautiful! (The lighthouse scene was especially breathtaking) But what exactly is the gameplay in Tengami? Slowly walking around doesn't exactly look fun, even if the pop-up storybook style makes for interesting scene transitions.Unrelated to DKCTF, but still relevant to Wise. So a new trailer dropped for Tengami, which is also having its score done by David Wise. Now is it just me, or does that music sound suspiciously like Forest Interlude?

Neat, I think it was in that recent Wise podcast thread I mentioned that I was curious to hear the N64 themes for DP before it got Starfox'd and here it is.Oh, there's a number of his tracks for Dinosaur Planet beta (N64) on youtube! Awesome to hear some SFA numbers in their early forms! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyvKxPfnvtU&list=PLqs8XdEaUDyB262DMrLeLVdetMFDYrNnk
