Probably, most people see it if they have DVR's or on-screen guides anyway. Just wait until after the episode to come onto NeoGAF if it bothers you. BB puts it up pretty late nowadays at the behest of the mods so you'll only miss ~4-5 hours of GAFing.

I was thankful of the timing of my indiscretion. Two weeks was a long time to suffer without being able to speak, but I'd have been even more upset if I had to watch Lost without LostGAF. ^_^
