Someone stop him.

The part about how he told off the italian journalists (and I use the term loosely) after they cheered Chelsea's last minute goal in CL was amazing. I love how this interview, by going directly to the fans, is basically a big 'fuck you' to the obnoxious italian media.

I'm loving our silenzio stampa, I hope it goes on till the end of the season. Or preferably forever.

Fabio Quagliarella, on scoring six goals in five starts, one league goal every 65 minutes, talks about being in the form of his life after a year and half of being sidelined:
“I am not surprised to be scoring so much,” he told Tuttosport. “I have realised that I’m calmer and cooler in front of goal now.

“A few years ago I was frantic in search of goals, but I’ve matured more. Perhaps this is the best moment of my career.

“I feel stronger than I did before the injury. It will be coming up to two years in January and I’ve really grown since then.”

“Conte has always said that us five strikers are first team players, but it is obviously up to him to make the decisions.|

“We all know that if we play like he tells us to then it will be difficult for the opposition. I hope to continue scoring, but what matters is that the team wins.”

CLASS ACT. Fantastic stuff. His attitude has always been calm. He said before that he was eager to play under Conte during the first few months but Conte told him to be patient and he'd get his chance to shine, and that there was no point in risking him too early. Well, here it is. He's got back to basics, good positioning, following tactical instructions, and there we go he's getting goals.

----

Also, il Pogbino on Conte, his tardiness in the past week, and Manchester United (again)

Not a selfish, uphimself cunt like Ibra confirmed:

“I was wrong and I’m very sorry. And of course, I apologise because I know I have been disrespectful to boss Antonio Conte and my teammates. It was not my intention to do so and my delays are related to issues that are very trivial, but they are mistakes. I know that mistakes are also needed to mature and every experience is useful for the growth of each of us. I realised my mistake and I will do everything to make sure that it is not repeated in the future. I think the matter is now closed. And I have no intention of re-opening it by being late again!

Fergie am cry:
“This is a great club and there are not many differences compared to Manchester United, they are two of the most important clubs in the world. The difference here is that I feel appreciated, the players believe in me, the Coach believes in me and I have the opportunity to play."

Juan Pablo banned? Fucking top.

Just handed in my two assignments, a big chunk of the course are going for a Nandos, may as well join them.

Yurt, for somebody who just started a new job you sure are posting a lot. Aren't there sand dunes you should be riding with an ATV or something now that you're a rich arab sheik?

Edit: @Clegg, Pogba would be the best United midfielder this year if you actually let him play.

Cleverly, Anderson > Pogba :p

Btw what does Yurt do? Does he have enough money to buy United a midfielder.

Wait until Daehli and Powell are ready for the first team. Then we'll be saying Pogcunt who?

RVP has pulled out of the Dutch squad with a "thigh strain".

@Killer7 Anderson is clearly a more skilled player than il Pog.

@Zab And Google Image search of Lebanese girls.

GTAV? I'd prefer a new Red Dead. Either that or I'm hoping a next gen Red Dead is in the works.

Here is the USMNT squad for the friendly versus Russia:

GOALKEEPERS (3): Tim Howard (Everton), Sean Johnson (Chicago Fire), Nick Rimando (Real Salt Lake)
DEFENDERS (6): Carlos Bocanegra (Racing Santander), Geoff Cameron (Stoke City), Timmy Chandler (Nuremberg), Maurice Edu (Stoke City), Clarence Goodson (Brondby), Fabian Johnson (Hoffenheim)
MIDFIELDERS (7): Michael Bradley (Roma), Mix Diskerud (Rosenborg), Joshua Gatt (Molde), Joe Gyau (Hoffenheim), Jermaine Jones (Schalke 04), Sacha Kljestan (Anderlecht), Danny Williams (Hoffenheim)
FORWARDS (4): Juan Agudelo (Chivas USA), Jozy Altidore (AZ Alkmaar), Terrence Boyd (Rapid Vienna), Herculez Gomez (Santos Laguna)

No Donovan or Dempsey.. oh dear. Jozy has been huge for AZ this season -- be curious to see if he can translate that into a goal for the MNT.

Want to see Petrucci in the first team when he's fit.

On RVP, Hope it's nothing serious

Pogba will end up being a better player but this season Ando could be a big player for us if Fergz gives him a chance to play the big games.

It went like this!

They gave us an Eid week off, the next week a trip to Dubai, and I took this whole week off as well! :p So basically I was free for three straight weeks.

I don't understand the love for RDR on this board. sure it was a good game with some exceptional ideas but the heavy emphasis on a very dumb story left a sour taste.
I'll take the fun of GTA over any Red dead any day

It's a shame GTAV is shackled by the current consoles.

I feel the same way. I don't have a gaming pc but would have bought a new console just for this game.

Jozy will do nothing as always, I want Boyd to shine.

Still getting back into the swing of things

Yurt if you have three weeks and you spend more time in footygaf than crashing ATVs and pretending to be Lawrence of Arabia then you're doing the middle east wrong.

@spidye, I think that the bombcast this week summarizes my feelings on RDR. Which is, you get to ride a horse like a bad ass, they make it easy for you to shoot people when you're on the horse making it viable for combat, and you're being dragged through this horrible shit unlike Niko who is like "OH I NEED TO GET OUT OF THIS LIFE" but then goes to rob banks and shit. And I think the story in RDR is fantastic.

yurt, what kind of job do you have in dubai?

I don't, my manager picked me to tag along with him there. (I knew he liked me after telling me a few inappropriate sex jokes)

My girlfriend came over and it turned from a business trip to..something else!

Footygaf is my go-to on my phone! Can't live without it during work!

I agree but then the whole mexico part happened. I don't remember much of the story to be honest but I remember to be pissed at the whole part.
GTAIV's story was by far the weakest in the entire series, though. didn't care for nico or his retarded cousin. thankfully Ballad of gay Tony revived my hope in Rockstar
