Nothing is going on, racist people exist. It's not even a exclusive White Dutch People thing, racists are everywhere, on any social level, from any background.

Unless he's is arguing that Zwarte Piet made these people racist or that Zwarte Piet actively encourages these people to be and stay racist, there's no point to bringing them into the argument.
